Audiences can hear the closing rounds of the 2026 Naumburg International Violin Competition in New York on October 31 and November 1. Both rounds will be open to the public and livestreamed.
The October 31 semifinal takes place in Greenfield Hall at Manhattan School of Music. Finalists move to Kaufmann Concert Hall at 92NY on November 1. Earlier preliminary rounds, October 27–29 at Symphony Space’s Leonard Nimoy Thalia Theater, are closed to the public.
First prize includes $25,000, two fully subsidized New York recitals and a commissioned work. Applications closed on September 7.
