2024년 콩쿠르를 위해 제공된 약력입니다.
Amy Goto는 2004년 South Carolina에서 태어나 3세에 첼로를 시작했습니다. 12세부터 Philippe Muller에게 배웠습니다.
2024년 6월 Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris(CNSMDP)의 3년제 학사 과정을 1년 만에 우등으로 졸업한 뒤 2024년 9월부터 같은 학교에서 Emmanuelle Bertrand의 지도로 석사 과정을 시작할 예정입니다. 2022년부터 Christophe Coin에게 바로크 첼로와 역사주의 연주도 배우고 있습니다.
2022년 Pablo Casals International Award에서 AENA Special Prize(2위)를 받았습니다. 2020년 Paris Fondation Louis Vuitton의 Classe d’Excellence de Violoncelle de Gautier Capuçon 최연소 단원으로 선정되었습니다. 2023년 International Paulo Competition에 참가했으며 2022년 Washington International Competition 준결선에 진출했습니다.
2022년 Verbier Festival Academy에 솔리스트로 참여하여 Frans Helmerson, Miklós Perényi, Alban Gerhardt, Augustin Dumay, Mihaela Martin, Gabór Takács-Nagy의 마스터클래스에 참석했습니다.
Fondation Louis Vuitton, El Vendrell의 Pau Casals International Music Festival, Schloss Elmau, Music@Menlo, Domaine Forget, Musica Mundi, Festival de Musique de Wissembourg, Festival International de Violoncelle de Beauvais, TEDx University of Rhode Island 등에서 연주했습니다. NPR의 From the Top, Radio Classique, medici.tv에 연주가 소개되었습니다.
Christophe Landon이 아낌없이 대여한 약 1750년 Milan에서 Ferdinando Alberti가 제작한 첼로를 연주합니다.
